All our benches are hand crafted and made to order - please allow approx 3-4 working weeks to produce your bench.
Our ornamental silhouettes and other such complimentary products will be despatched within 1 working day of receiving order and payment. Please allow approx 2-5 working days for your item to arrive.
If we are unable to fulfill an order (for example if we are out of stock) we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know of the situation and an estimation of when you can expect delivery. You can then decide if you wish to proceed with the order, swap the item for something else or cancel your order.
We use the nationwide courier service MyHermes to fulfill the delivery of all our small item orders (An alternative courier service maybe used if for any reason MyHermes cannot fulfill the delivery).
We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order prior to despatch. Under these circumstances we will notify you by email that we are cancelling the order and will issue a refund in full
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for whatever ever reason, you wish to return an item this is not a problem, providing the item has not been damaged. Please note Be-spoke products are non-refundable unless faulty.

Please ensure when returning your item(s) you mark your package as 'Returns' and include your name and contact details inside the package. Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged so that they are not vunerable to damage during transit. We recommend that you use a service with tracking and/or proof of delivery as you are responsible for the safe return of goods to Sityu. Unless you are returning faulty goods, the cost of returning items is borne by the customer.

In the case of all items, once any difference in price between higher or lower priced items has been reconciled, we will despatch your exchanged item. Where an exchange item has a lower value than the returned item, we will refund the balance, minus any additional shipping charges that may apply.
If you are returning an item(s) for a refund, we are happy to refund the cost paid for the item(s) being returned, providing the goods have not been used and are not damaged. Please note that bespoke products are non-refundable

Once we receive the return items we will issue the refund within 7 days providing that the item(s) has not been used, has not been damaged and is in a re-saleable condition.
All our products are hand-crafted with the utmost love and attention, and undergo a quality control inspection prior to shipping, however if you believe you have received a faulty item from us then please let us know as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation. We will exchange or refund faulty items providing that any issues are not the result of reasonable wear and tear or inappropriate use of the product. Reasonable shipping costs will also be reimbursed at the same time.
